1. Application for Returns / Refunds

1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions stated in this Refund & Return Policy and our Terms of Service, customers may apply for a return and/or refund within 5 days of receiving the product.

1.2 All requests must comply with the requirements outlined below and are subject to review and approval by Cogen’s Collection.


2. Eligibility for Return or Refund

2.1 Customers may apply for a return and/or refund only under the following circumstances:

a) The item has not been received by the customer;
b) The item was defective and/or damaged upon delivery;
c) The item received is incomplete (missing parts, components, or accessories);
d) The item delivered does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, or model);
e) The item received is materially different from the product description shown on our website;
f) The item has visible physical damage (e.g. dented, scratched, cracked, or shattered);
g) The item is faulty or malfunctioning and does not operate as intended.


3. Proof & Documentation Requirements

3.1 To be eligible for a return or refund, customers must provide:

  • A clear unboxing video showing the package being opened from start to finish

  • Photo and/or video evidence clearly showing the issue or defect

3.2 All proof must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the product. Requests submitted without sufficient evidence or after this period may be rejected.


4. Review & Approval

4.1 All return and refund requests are subject to inspection, verification, and approval by Cogen’s Collection.

4.2 Approved returns may require the item to be sent back in its original condition and packaging, unless otherwise stated.

4.3 Cogen’s Collection reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.


5. How to Submit a Request

5.1 To initiate a return or refund request, please email us at:

5.2 Kindly include the following in your email:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Unboxing video and photo/video proof


6. Additional Notes

  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed according to the original payment method where applicable.
